Once the item arrives, we then customise it and have it shipped out to you. This process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, and sometimes longer in peak busy periods. We update our turnaround time as needed on our shipping page. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.

Please double check you select your correct size as size changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order and all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for wrong size or change of mind as each item is hand customised per your order.
